How We Look After Your Details

What We Collect
When you request a booking, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give one, how you want us to contact you, the scan you chose, the time and any note you add. If you attach your referral letter, we keep that too.
We do not ask for symptoms or medical history on this website. Please do not put medical details in the note. A referral letter you attach is stored privately, can only be opened by clinic staff who sign in, and is deleted automatically 7 days after your appointment.
Why We Use It
Only to arrange your scan and contact you about it. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who Can See It
Only clinic staff who sign in to our booking system. The website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, and booking emails are sent through Resend. They store the details for us and may not use them for anything else.
How Long We Keep It
Finished and cancelled bookings are deleted automatically 24 months after the appointment. Bookings that are still waiting or confirmed are kept until then.
Your Choices

Cookies
The public website sets no cookies and has no advertising. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam, which may set a cookie for that check only.
Security
Your connection to this site is encrypted. We do not store your internet address; to stop abuse we keep a one-way coded version of it for 24 hours.
